2. Cut the winter melon into cubes, blanch and set aside.
3. Blanch spinach and carrots and chop finely.

6. Hold a small amount of meat filling with chopsticks and place it in the lower middle of the wonton wrapper.
Since the skin is very small, don’t pack too much meat filling, otherwise it will overflow. The size of a fingernail is fine.
7. Fold the wonton wrapper in half from bottom to top, and first fold it to half of the entire wonton wrapper.
8. Fold in half again, leaving a little gap at the lower end of the wonton wrapper.
9. Finally, overlap the left and right corners of the wonton wrapper and pinch them tightly.
When folding the wonton wrapper in half, dip it in water for easy gluing.
