2. Put the washed persimmons in a cool place to dry the water.
3. Wash the jar with water, as shown in the figure below.
4. Cut the stem of persimmon with scissors, as shown in the figure below.
5. Put the pedicled persimmon into the jar, as shown in the figure below.
6. Put a piece of plastic wrap on the jar mouth, as shown in the figure below.
7. Put a bowl in the jar, cover it with plastic wrap and wait for one month.
8. As shown below, persimmon vinegar is ready.
