Suitable for children aged 3 to 6 to make lanterns by hand.
3-6-year-old handmade lanterns are made as follows:

1. After the paper is finished, stick a double-sided tape on one end of the yellow paper and a double-sided tape on the upper and lower sides of the rose paper. Lay the paper flat, draw parallel lines at intervals of about 0.5cm with a ruler, and then cut it with a utility knife or a meat cleaver. Folding scissors are not recommended here. If the scissors are folded in half, the crease will affect the overall effect of the lantern.

2. Tear off the double-sided adhesive tape of one of the rose paper, and align and paste the yellow paper, as shown in the above figure.

3. After pasting, turn the origami upside down, and then powder another double-sided tape, which is really well aligned with the bottom edge of the yellow paper. There is an arch in the middle.

4. Tear off the two sharp spines at one end of the lantern, then tear off the yellow double-sided adhesive tape and stick it together end to end, and the shape of the lantern will come out.

5. Finally, the lantern is finished by gluing the appropriate handle.
