2. Soak the chopped onion, along with 400-500ml of red wine, in a glass container
3. Seal the glass container and place it in a dark place for 2-3 days.
4. Strain the onion wine through a mesh, then drink it, and keep the rest in the refrigerator
Drink 1/4 cup (about 50 ml) a day, or about 20 ml at a time for older people. For non-drinkers, drink it diluted with about 2 times as much warm water or pour it into a pot and heat it for about 4 to 5 minutes at a time to evaporate the alcohol before drinking. It is better if the soaked onion slices are consumed together.
