Practice: After washing the small wax gourd, scrape off the thin outer skin. Cut off the top of the wax gourd 1/3 for covering, then dig out the seeds and pulp of the melon, scald them in boiling water until they are half done, and then soak them in cold water to cool them thoroughly. Wash mushrooms, bamboo shoots and yam, cut them into cubes 1 cm square, peel and wash ginkgo and lotus seeds, and steam yam, ginkgo and lotus seeds in a cage. Heat the pot, add clear soup, then add mushrooms, bamboo shoots, yam, ginkgo and lotus seeds, bring to a boil with high fire, simmer for about 5 minutes, and then pour into the winter melon bowl. Add clear soup, monosodium glutamate, refined salt15g and a little cooked soybean oil, cover, steam in a drawer for15min, take out and put in a big bowl, and sprinkle with parsley segments.

Ingredients: 500g of green-skinned wax gourd, cooked winter bamboo shoots 1 00g, water-borne winter mushrooms 1 00g, mushrooms 1 00g, 50g of colored pepper, sesame oil,1spoon (15ml), and cooking wine.
Practice: Wash mushrooms and mushrooms, peel winter bamboo shoots, and chop them into pieces; Stir-fry in 60% hot oil, add cooking wine, soy sauce, white sugar, monosodium glutamate and mushroom soup, boil, thicken, and cool to make stuffing; Poke out 14 cylinders with a circular groove knife at the meat-thick part of the wax gourd, without removing the skin, carve patterns and characters, slice off the melon skin, blanch and apply sesame oil for later use; Hollow the wax gourd column, fill it with stuffing, put it in a plate, steam it in a cage for 10 minutes, take it out and put it on a plate, and decorate it with carved melon skin. Ingredients: wax gourd 1 piece (1000g), lean pork100g, ham sausage 30g, sweet almond 20g, walnut kernel 20g, longan meat 20g, salt 5g, monosodium glutamate 3g, ginger 5g and onion1piece.
Practice: Wash the wax gourd and cut it into baskets from 1/3; Wash the lean pork and cut it into dices; Dice the ham sausage, dice the ginger and cut the onion. Put the wax gourd into a steaming basin, remove the wax gourd, and put in lean pork, ham sausage, sweet almond, walnut kernel, longan, ginger, onion, cooking wine, salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken oil, white sugar and clear soup. Place the winter melon cup in a steamer and steam it for 45 minutes with strong fire.
