Ingredients:

Salt, sugar, broth essence, water starch, onion and ginger slices.
Practice:
1, Chinese cabbage washed and shredded, dried pepper cut into sections.

Chinese cabbage, onion, garlic and fish fillets.
Wash the cabbage and cut it into sections. Cut the fish fillet and onion and garlic for later use.
Heat a wok, add some oil to heat it, and saute shallots, garlic and fish fillets.
Stir-fry the cabbage until cooked, and add a proper amount of chicken essence powder to taste.
Because of the high water content of cabbage, a lot of soup will be produced when it is fried, so it can be cooked with water starch.
(You can also go directly out of the pot without thickening starch.)
