Accessories: a little salt
1, peeled and diced carrots, and finely chopped as much as possible.
2. Broccoli has cut off the top for use.
3, preferably rice steamed rice, served out.
4. Add chopped carrots and broccoli.
5. Beat in the eggs and add a little salt to taste.
6. Stir well with a spoon.
7. Pour a small amount of oil into the pan, take a proper amount of rice and put it in the pan. Fry on low heat until both sides are golden and cooked.
