Trimeresurus medoensis is a snake from the family Viperidae, with appearance characteristics: a large, triangular head, a thin neck, and a short tail. There are tiny scales on the top of the head. The back of the body is grass green, the center of the outermost dorsal scale is white, and there is a white lateral line from the back of the neck. Some have a red lateral line within the white lateral line, but there are also those without lateral lines. The ventral surface is light yellow-green. Pupils oval, red. The tail is burnt red. Venomous snake with pipe fangs.
