Wash 2/5 scallops.
3/5 Put the ribs and scallops in a saucepan, add a little vinegar and two slices of ginger.
4/5 Put the saucepan into the saucepan and simmer for one hour. If you don't eat it right away, you can continue to keep warm.
5/5 out of the pot, I also drink the original soup, especially fresh. Heavy flavors can be seasoned with a little salt.

I bought locally slaughtered pigs, so the ribs can be stewed directly without blanching. If the ribs are bought in the supermarket or frozen, it is recommended to blanch them in cold water, add some ginger and cooking wine and blanch them again.
