Cooking oil in moderation, 200 grams of bean curd, ginger, 5 grams of garlic, 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of vinegar
Steps to prepare braised crucian carp and bean curd
Slice the tofu into small pieces.
Treat the crucian carp well and rub a little salt on both sides.
Cut garlic, ginger, white onion and shredded green pepper. Take a small bowl and make the sauce.
Heat a wok and add oil, dry the fish and fry on low heat. Do not turn the fish too soon.
Fry the fish for a while, then turn it over when it separates from the pan.
Similarly, move the pan a bit and the fish is not sticking to the pan, then it is done. Add ginger, onion and garlic and saute.
Add the tofu.
Add water and leave to boil.
Add the sauce.
Burn on high heat for 5 minutes, reduce heat and simmer until about 15 minutes.
Add shredded green pepper and reduce the sauce. Ready to serve.
