How to make pitaya meal packs?
Except for the butter, mix everything together, put it into the fruit juicer and shake it twice without turning the head, and then knead it with your hands until the muscles are released. Pull the film. Add 20g butter and knead until expanded. You can use your hands to pick up the dough and throw it into the basin more easily.

Tips
Pay special attention to tightening the closing edge. The butter will flow out when fermenting again and will be covered by the meal when baking. The bottom absorbs. It might taste better if I add pork floss next time.
