Ingredients
Beef ribs, winter melon, wolfberry, ginger, green onion, coriander, salt, cooking wine, pepper
Method
1. Wash the beef ribs and cut them into cubes, add water with ginger slices and green onion slices, then rinse with water several times to remove blood foam.
2. Peel the winter melon, remove the flesh, wash and cut into thin slices. Wash the wolfberry with warm water and dry.
3. Add enough water to the casserole at a time, add beef and bring to a boil over high heat. After removing the floating residue, add ginger slices, cooking wine, and green onion segments to bring to a boil over high heat, then turn down the heat and simmer for more than 1 hour.
4. Add winter melon slices and wolfberry berries, cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, add salt, pepper, and coriander powder and serve.
