1. Two egg powders can be increased or decreased as appropriate.
2. Pour in milk, a little salt, sugar and chicken essence and mix well.
3. Add appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and mix well. You can also put flour if you don't like glutinous rice flour. I like sticky cakes, so I use glutinous rice flour.
4. Steam potatoes in a steamer or cut into small pieces and put them in the microwave oven.
5. Steamed potatoes are crushed with a rolling pin.
6. Add the batter and mix well. If the batter is thin, glutinous rice flour can be added. If it is dry, add water to adjust it to medium dryness.
7. After the electric baking pan is preheated, oil the chassis, scoop up the batter with a spoon and pour it into the electric baking pan, and the batter will automatically spread into a cake shape.
8. Close the lid, choose the right procedure, and bake the potato glutinous rice cake until both sides are golden.
