What is Pauluda?
Pauluda is a famous Burmese and Thai dessert. This delicious dessert is a Burmese snack, which was later introduced to Luxi (mangshi) and Ruili in Dehong, Yunnan. Whether local wage earners, students or foreign tourists, they will try Paoluda in their spare time.

The prepared steamed buns are very appetizing as soon as they are served. This is a big cup, the lower layer is milky white liquid, and you can see the traces of sago. There are chunks of bread and shredded coconut on it, and it smells like a thick mixed aroma of milk and bread. This kind of bread tastes fragrant and crisp, cold and delicious.

How to eat Bruda:

1, add water to the soup pot to boil, add sago, then turn to low heat and stir with a spoon every 15 seconds to prevent sago from sticking to the bottom.

2. About ten minutes later, I saw that the sago became bigger, with a small white spot in the middle, which was transparent all around, so I could turn off the fire. Then I fished out the sago and soaked it in cold water.

3. Put the milk on the fire, add the white sugar and heat it over medium heat until the white sugar dissolves, without boiling, and then fully cool the milk.

4. Take a cup, add sago and ice cubes, then pour in milk, add shredded coconut and condensed milk and stir slightly. Finally, pour in milk until it is eight points full, put on bread slices and sprinkle some shredded coconut at will.
