Preparation materials: shrimp, seaweed, coriander, green onions, salt, sesame oil.
1. Remove the heads, shells and threads from fresh shrimps.
2. Cut the cleaned shrimp into small dices.
3. Use the back of a knife to chop the diced shrimp into shrimp paste.
4. Put the chopped shrimp paste into a small basin, then add a small amount of salt and sesame oil.
5. Use chopsticks to stir the shrimp paste clockwise for a while.
6. Prepare other ingredients: cut seaweed and coriander into sections, and chop green onions.
7. Add appropriate amount of blended oil to the wok, then add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant.
8. Add appropriate amount of water.
9. Put the seaweed into the pot and adjust the amount yourself.
10. Then add a small amount of salt.
11. When the water is boiling, use a small spoon to scoop up the shrimp paste, form a shrimp paste ball and put it into the water.
12. Put the shrimp paste balls into the water one by one.
13. When all the shrimp balls float, add coriander.
14. Pour the seaweed and shrimp ball soup into a soup bowl.
