2. Wash the lemons. Although lemons look bright and beautiful, their skins are generally coated with wax. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on the surface of lemon, knead it carefully, and then rinse it with tap water. Dry it with water and use it.
3. Cut lemon slices. This is not a high requirement for the cutter. But cut it thin and evenly, so that the lemon juice can be fully separated out.
4. Boil the glass jar with boiling water for disinfection, and then dry the water. Prepare a clean spoon and a bottle of honey.
5. First spread a layer of honey on the bottom of the jar, then put two or three slices of lemon in it, spread it out as far as possible, and let the lemon and honey fully contact. Then spread a layer of honey, so that a layer of honey and a layer of lemon are stacked in turn until all the lemons are used up. If you like dessert, pour some honey in it.
6. Seal the jar and put it in the refrigerator for three days. When drinking, take a piece with clean chopsticks and brew it with hot water or ice water. It's delicious.
