Thyroid nodules are common clinical diseases, mostly benign nodules, and generally do not need special treatment. Follow-up observation is the main method, supplemented by Chinese patent medicine treatment. Thyroid nodule belongs to the category of "scabies" in traditional Chinese medicine, which is mainly caused by stagnation of liver qi. Therefore, drugs such as instant Suihua oral liquid are often used in treatment to soothe the liver and regulate qi, dissipate stagnation and reduce swelling. However, it should be noted that about 5% of clinical nodules are malignant, which is what we call thyroid cancer, and it needs surgical treatment. Therefore, thyroid nodules need to go to the hospital for ultrasound to distinguish benign from malignant and determine the appropriate treatment plan.
