Prepare the necessary ingredients. Wash and shred onions for later use.
Cut tender tofu into strips.
Wrap pork belly slices with tender tofu for later use.
Add 1 tsp oil to the pot, put the rolled meat slices and hibiscus rolls neatly into the pot, and fry each side slowly for 7-8 minutes.
Add 5 tablespoons of seasoning and 1/3 cups of water.
Cook it on low heat until it is delicious.
