Steps:
1. Main ingredients: glutinous rice, lotus root
2. Soak the glutinous rice for 3-4 hours in advance until the rice grains can be easily crushed by hand.
3. Wash the lotus root without peeling it, and cut a cap of about two centimeters from one end of the lotus root.
4. Use chopsticks to help pour the glutinous rice into it.
5. After filling everything, use a toothpick to seal and fix the cut part.
6. Ingredients for boiling lotus root: brown sugar, rock sugar, red dates (brown sugar, rock sugar, red dates, increase or decrease according to personal preference)

10. Take out the lotus root, remove the toothpick, cut into thick slices, and pour in some sugar osmanthus.
