1. Ingredients: 2 ml of low-fat plain yogurt, 1 ml of fresh honey, 3 g of salt, 3 g of carrots, 3 g of bananas, 3 g of cucumbers, 3 g of lettuce leaves, 3 g of tomatoes, 3 g of corn kernels, 1 g of raisins and 1 g of broken sweet almonds;
Step 2:
1. Add honey and salt into yogurt and mix them fully;
2. shred carrots and lettuce, slice bananas and cucumbers, and add them to the blended yogurt together with tomatoes and corn kernels;
3. Stir well in a large salad bowl, and finally sprinkle with raisins and sweet almonds.
