Homemade cream! Ingredients: 500G milk
100G whipping cream
50ML lemon juice
4G salt
Steps: 1. Mix milk and cream. Heat in the microwave over high heat for 4 minutes, stirring once in the middle. 2. Pour 50 ml of lemon juice and stir until it becomes cloudy and has particles. Add 4G of salt. 3. Continue stirring for 2 minutes and then pour it onto a piece of clean gauze. 4. Seal the gauze and control the mouth. After about an hour, wait until the water is completely dry and then finally squeeze out the water with your hands
