How to make braised pig's trotters (pressure cooker version) ?
The pig's hooves are removed from the hair and cut into pieces and washed. Blanch them in a pot while in cold water. Add wine to the water. Boil for 5,6 minutes, remove blood foam and rinse with cool water. In a pressure cooker, add ginger, scallion, soy sauce, soy sauce, a little oyster sauce, rock sugar, cooking wine and sesame leaves. Pour in the pig's feet and stir to color. Pour boiling water, just before the pig's feet can be.

Guarantee that the steam is on the lid and then turn to low heat, simmer for about 25-30 minutes off the fire. Remove the lid when the steam runs out after the heat is turned off. Toss it around a bit. It should be very flavorful and rotten by now. If there is more soup, you can return to the pot to reduce the juice, very delicious!
If you use an electric pressure cooker, just use the hoof mode.
