Baize kiwifruit is a Zhouzhi kiwifruit variety. The texture of Zhouzhi kiwi is soft, and its taste is sometimes described as a mixture of strawberry, banana, and pineapple. Because macaques like to eat, they are named kiwi fruit. It is also said that it got its name because the peel has multiple hairs and looks like a macaque. Development of kiwifruit varieties in Zhouzhi
