Pumpkin Pie
1, pumpkin washed, peeled and pith removed, thinly sliced, and microwaved on high for about 10 minutes (you can use chopsticks to poke down to determine if the pumpkin is cooked through). If you don't have a microwave, use a steamer to steam. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, put it into the steamer drawer under water and remove it;
2. Grind the pumpkin into pumpkin puree with a spoon while it's still hot, add glutinous rice flour (add the amount of glutinous rice flour to make the dough non-sticky for the appropriate amount of dough, no need to add additional water) and knead into a ball, and then add a spoonful of cooking oil and knead evenly, then cover it with plastic wrap and set it aside for 15 minutes to wake up;
3. Take the egg-sized dough and roll it out, round it and press it flat.
