How to make milk tea?
Ingredients: 30 grams of Ceylon black tea, 1000ml of boiling water, 1 tea bag, 1 can of black and white evaporated milk, appropriate amount of sugar
1. Prepare 30 grams of black tea (if you like a strong tea flavor, you can use 35 grams).
2. Wash the tea bag in advance and then dry it in the sun.
3. Pour the tea leaves into the tea bag and pour 500ml boiling water (filter with a gauze bag to make the milk tea smooth).
4. Discard the first cup of tea because it tastes slightly bitter. This step is called "tea washing".
5. Prepare the container again, pour 500ml boiling water again, and pour the two containers back and forth more than three times, so that the milk tea can be smooth.
6. Pour 500ml of tea and 250ml of black and white evaporated milk (the ratio of tea to evaporated milk is 2:1).
7. Finally, add sugar, pudding and red beans according to taste, and it is ready to drink.
