The lotus capsule is the fruit of the lotus flower, also known as lotus seed flesh; lotus root fruit; lotus seed; lotus seed; pong flesh.

The lotus seedpod, also known as the lotus seedpod, is an inverted cone-shaped spongy receptacle that buries the pistil of the lotus flower. The surface of the receptacle has a majority of scattered honeycomb-shaped holes, which gradually expand after fertilization and is called the rosette. Role of the lotus seed

White lotus peel, through the stamen, white seeds; red lotus not peel, not heart; heart lotus to just ripe not yet completely old lotus, by removing the skin to remove the stamen processed into; winter melon lotus, more than the paste of the lotus mother lotus root knot seeds. The quality of the best white lotus, red lotus is poor.
