Preparation materials: 500g celery, 300g chicken breast, onion 1 root, a little ginger, a little garlic, an appropriate amount of olive oil10g, steamed fish, soy sauce and salt.
First, the first step is to remove the leaves from the prepared celery and cut it into 4-5CM strips, as shown in the figure below.
Second, then shred the washed chicken breast, not too finely, as shown below.
Third, then pour a little olive oil into the pot, then add onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, as shown below.
Fourth, add shredded chicken and stir fry. When the shredded chicken turns slightly white and is 6-7 ripe, you can pour the shredded celery.
5. Stir-fry shredded celery and shredded pork, and add a little salt and steamed fish and soy sauce when it is almost cooked, as shown in the figure below.
6. Stir the chicken breast evenly, so that the celery fried chicken breast is ready.
