2. Wash beef, cut into minced meat, cut celery into 1cm pieces, chop millet pepper, and slice garlic for later use.
3. Add soybean oil to minced beef until it tastes even.
4. Heat the hot oil from the pan, the oil temperature is 50% hot, add the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, and add the minced beef to stir fry.
