Specific steps
first step
1. Wash and chop dried Tricholoma matsutake (soak Tricholoma matsutake in water for later use), dice onion, ginger and garlic, break the meat with a cooking machine, add proper amount of cooking wine and a little salt and mix well for later use.
Second step
