Ingredients: chicken wings or whole chicken wings, raw flour, eggs, bread crumbs, salt, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine and oyster sauce.
1, pickled chicken wings
I use chicken wings here, but I can also use the whole chicken wings. First of all, I cleaned the chicken wings I bought, drained the water from them with kitchen paper, cut two holes in the back of the chicken wings with a knife, and punched small holes in the front of the chicken wings with a toothpick, so that it was easy to taste when pickled. Put the processed chicken wings into the pot, add salt, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine and oyster sauce and marinate for one hour.
Step 2 Prepare auxiliary materials
Beat an egg into a bowl and break it up thoroughly, so that it won't be wasted if you soak it in the egg liquid for a while. Then prepare a proper amount of raw flour and bread crumbs for later use.
3, chicken wings wrapped in powder
After an hour, dip the marinated chicken wings in a layer of raw flour, then wrap them in egg liquid, and finally wrap them in bread crumbs and serve.
4. Fried chicken wings
Put oil in the pot and heat it over high fire. When the oil temperature is 60% to 70% hot, turn to low heat and fry the chicken wings until they are set. Turn it over and fry the chicken wings evenly. Fry the chicken wings until golden brown. Chopsticks can penetrate, indicating that chicken wings are cooked. Take it out and use oil paper to absorb excess oil. Serve with tomato sauce or directly.
