Ingredients: half a duck, onion, ginger and garlic, cinnamon with fragrant leaves and octagonal, millet and spicy, dried pepper and green pepper, and spicy sauce.
Prepare:
1. Cut the duck into pieces, wash and drain, slice the ginger, pat the garlic and peel it, and dice the millet.
2. Practice:
