Preparation materials: pork bone 1000g, jujube 100g, Morchella 100g, 4 pieces of Gastrodia elata, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, salt 1 tsp, and 5g of Lycium barbarum.
1. Wash pig bones with hot water and soak them in cold water for 3 hours.
2. Prepare other materials. Wash Morchella and soak in warm water for 30 minutes. Soak gastrodia elata tablets in water for 2 hours.
3. Boil water in the pot, add pork bones, ginger slices and cooking wine, and then take it out.
4. Pour the pig bone, gastrodia elata and the water soaked in gastrodia elata into the teapot. The amount of water is subject to pig bones. If the water is not enough, add clean water.
5. Cover with electricity and cook for 1.5 hours.
6. 1.5 hours later, add red dates and morels and cook for 30 minutes.
7. Add medlar and salt before cooking, and serve in bowls.
