Fresh aquatic products are divided into four categories: fish, shrimp, crab, and shellfish. The fish include seabass , salmon, soft-shell turtle, eel, grouper, yellow pomfret, left mouth, red snapper, three striped fish, etc.; shrimps include Australian and New Zealand lobster, Taiwanese grass shrimp, bamboo shrimp, macrobrachium, river shrimp; crabs include Chinese mitten crab, American Dungeness crab, king crab, cream crab, clear crab, etc.; shellfish include Canadian elephant clams, razor clams, oysters, clams, etc.
