Ingredients: beef, celery, millet spicy, ginger and garlic.
Steps:
1 Slice or cut beef, add a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of soy sauce, a little starch and a little oil for five minutes, then fry in the pan until it becomes discolored and put it out for later use.
2. Put a little oil in the pot, pour in minced ginger and garlic, millet and spicy, and stir-fry with pickled peppers.
3. Add celery and stir-fry until almost cooked. Add beef and stir-fry evenly.
Tips: Add a little oil when the beef is marinated! Will lock the tender beef! Can't stick to the pot yet!
