The recipe for cabbage and pork stuffing is as follows:
Ingredients required: 450g cabbage, 250g minced pork, 8g ginger, 20g green onions, 40g shrimp skin, 20ml soy sauce, peanut oil 2 scoops.
Wash and chop the fresh cabbage, add salt and marinate for 10 minutes, squeeze out some of the water, squeeze out the water with your hands, then mix with peanut oil and set aside. Take a basin, add minced pork, dried shrimps, minced green onions, ginger and soy sauce, stir evenly in the same direction, and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
