Raoping County belongs to Chaozhou City, Guangdong Province. Raoping is located in the eastern coast of Guangdong Province, the easternmost part of Guangdong Province, and is known as the "first county in Guangdong". East and northeast border Zhao 'an County and Pinghe County of Fujian Province.
