What is the ratio of coffee milk for a latte?

Iced latte coffee ?

1 oz ≈ 30ml

Ingredients ?

Espresso 1.5 oz ≈ 45ml

Sugar water 2/3 oz ≈ 20ml

Ice cubes moderate amount

Iced fresh milk 5 oz ≈ 150ml

How to make iced latte coffee ?

Heat water with 3 grams of coffee powder and blend into 45ml of espresso (use ucc coffee recommended by Cherry, 117, which can be bitter, depending on everyone's brand of coffee powder). Cool it on ice cubes and wait for use. Sugar water is also well blended (I use 20 grams of granulated sugar here blended out of 20 ml) and then everything is ready.

Pour the sugar water and chilled milk into a glass and stir well.

Use a fork or spoon against the rim of the glass to slowly infuse the coffee liquid, creating a layered effect. (Tilting at a greater angle is more conducive to layering)

Tips

On the sugar water, the recipe inside only recorded sugar water, did not write what portion of the water, because the coffee is black coffee, more bitter, like not so sweet can be less sugar, like sweet more, there is no regulation. (If you use sweet milk, this step can be skipped)
