Ingredients: half a catty of pork chop, soaked day lily 100g, yam 1 piece, 20 small red dates, 5 slices of ham, 5 slices of ginger, Tsao Tsao-ko 1 piece, onion 1 piece, 4 tablespoons of yellow wine, and appropriate amount of salt.
Exercise:
1. Soak the dried day lily in warm water for 20 minutes, wash it for two or three times, and squeeze out the water for later use;
2. Wash and scrape the yam. Then cut the yam into filaments;
3. Chop the ribs into sections about two fingers wide, wash them, blanch them in a pot with cold water, and turn off the heat after boiling out bleeding foam. Wash the blood foam off the ribs with hot water;
4. Put the washed ribs, yam, red dates, ham, ginger, tsaoko and onion into a casserole, pour hot water until all the ingredients are about 8 cm, and then add yellow wine;
5. After the fire boils, reduce it to low heat for about 1 hour, add the soaked day lily (wash and remove the old roots at the top), cook for about half an hour, and add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
