Home Made Pork Liver Soup Directions:
1. Soak sliced pork liver, blanch and drain.
2. Sizzle the onion, ginger and garlic, stir-fry the pig liver, add wine, water, soy sauce, salt, five-spice powder and pepper.
3. When the water boils, skim off the froth and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
4. Add wolfberries and scallions and simmer for 2 minutes.
