It is best to eat less oily fat, rice and sweets, eat more fruits and vegetables, drink more water, eat less or not at dinner, and do a certain amount of exercise every day. Half an hour after each meal, you can drink pure hawthorn juice, add honey, and go to the drugstore to buy flour, which is easy to absorb, one or two teaspoons at a time.
You can usually drink lotus leaf tea and soak your feet for half an hour every night. I've done this, and I can lose a few pounds every month.
