Pork belly 1 kg kelp 2 kg
Star anise 1 piece
Steps of braised kelp with pork belly
1. Put 1 slice of ginger, 1 star anise and stir-fry pork belly.
2. Stir-fry until golden brown and add chopped green onion.
3. Put the kelp in hot water, blanch it until it is green, and stir fry it in a pot.
4. Stir-fry for 5 minutes, then add 2 bowls of water until the kelp is over.
5. Large fire 10 minute, change to medium fire for 20 minutes.
