Stewed yellow croaker in sauce
Yellow croaker scaled and cleaned.
Add scallions, ginger, cooking wine to the fish.
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for an hour.
Slice the scallions, slice the ginger, and slap the garlic with a knife.
Pat the marinated yellowtail on both sides with dry flour.
Heat the pan with oil and fry the yellow croaker.
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
Add green onion, ginger, garlic, bean paste, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, Meiji-Fresh, water and saute well.
Turn the heat down and cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
