Black pepper jambalaya
Ingredients: 250g ribs, corn, asparagus, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli
Practice:
1. Ribs in a pot of cold water, add onion and ginger, cooking wine and bleed froth fish out of the rinse;
2. Ribs fry until both sides of the oil, cover and simmer on a low heat until ribs are cooked, sprinkle the appropriate amount of salt and cracked black pepper spare;

3. Brush the pan with oil, add vegetables, add moderate water, cover and simmer over low heat, pour in the ribs, sprinkle a spoonful of oyster sauce, moderate salt, cracked black pepper and chopped parsley and stir-fry well!
