How to grill steak in tin foil in oven?

200 grams of beef
A small piece of butter

How to do it?
Thaw the steak at room temperature. Use kitchen towels to absorb the moisture. Do not rinse with water.
In a pan, over high heat, add butter, melt it slightly and add steak. Fry both sides for one minute. If the steak is thick, fry the sides.
