Sweet and Sour Potatoes
Ingredients: Potatoes, Onions and Garlic
1: Cut the potatoes into cubes and wash off the starch, cut the garlic diagonally and cut the onions into small sections
2: Adjust the sauce: (one spoonful of light soy sauce + half a spoonful of dark soy sauce + a spoonful of balsamic vinegar + a spoonful of oyster sauce + a spoonful of starch + half a bowl of water + a spoonful of sugar)
3: Heat oil in a pan, fry the potato pieces slowly over low heat until golden brown on both sides, set aside.
4: Heat the pot and sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant, add the potatoes and stir-fry, add the prepared sauce, simmer over medium-low heat for 3 to 5 minutes, reduce the juice over high heat, and sprinkle with chopped green onion
