Clean the Crow's Nest Fish Heads and dry the water on top of the fish heads.

Slice some ginger and wash some cilantro and set aside.

Sprinkle some yellow wine evenly on the fish head, and then rub a fine layer of salt on the head with your hands. Rub it on the top and bottom, inside and out, put some ginger slices on the top and bottom of the fish head, and set it aside.

The steamer pot with water boiled vigorously, add the fish head, continue to turn on the fierce heat, steaming for 5 minutes on it. If the fish head is big, add more time as appropriate.
