2. Qishan noodles with minced meat
Shaanxi Qishan noodles with minced meat are the most authentic in Baoji. Hot and sour peppers (introduced to China in the Ming Dynasty more than 600 years ago) are popular in Guanzhong Plain of Shaanxi and Longdong of Gansu.
3. Tofu pudding paomo
Steamed bun and bean curd is a famous snack with traditional Han flavor, which is popular in Fengxiang County, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province today. Its steamed buns are baked with unique techniques and seasonings, which are too thick, pot-shaped and clanging, commonly known as "Guo Kui". Strict requirements on temperature and taste, golden color, crisp outside and tough inside, mellow wheat flavor. Sliced with a sharp knife, it looks like Jin Yezi.
