How to Steam Shredded Carrots ?
Peel the carrots and cut them into matchstick-thick julienne strips
Toss the fine cornmeal into the carrot julienne strips so that a layer of cornmeal adheres to the surface of each carrot strand, then add salt (the salt must be put in later so that the carrot julienne strips won't be watery), monosodium glutamate (MSG) and mix well, put them on a plate, and sprinkle the rest of the dry powder into the carrots as well
