Practice 1, wash and drain plums with clear water.
2. Wash peanuts, too.
3. Put the washed peanuts, plums and cinnamon star anise into the pressure cooker.
4. Add water (more than half a pot).
5. The pressure cooker is on fire.
6. After deflation, continue to burn for 30 minutes, turn to low heat and continue to burn for about 25 minutes, and turn off the fire and stew for about 15 minutes.
