The method of stir-fried bacon with dried radish is as follows:
Main ingredients: 400g dried radish, 200g bacon.
Accessories: 20g green onions, 10g ginger, 10g garlic, 10 dried chili peppers, 3g peppercorns, 10ml peanut oil, 1g sugar, 5ml light soy sauce.
1. Soak the dried radish in cold water for 2 hours. After soaking until soft, wash and squeeze out the water and set aside.
